Our New Instrument Decontamination Room.

 

At Waterer Dental Care, we have always followed the profession's best-practice guidelines in minimising cross-infection between patients, so in the Spring of 2011 we fitted out a new, bespoke decontamination room. This allowed us to have a separate area where the surgical and dental instruments we use could be sterilised away from the consulting rooms.

 

The room was originally an old dental laboratory and was being used as a stock room. This newly equipped room with cutting edge technology means we can follow 'best practice' guidelines even more religiously, even the airflow is controlled!
